Turkish Steampunk Short Film

Steampunk really is an international cultural phenomenon. Although most of us are only aware of Steampunks in Western Europe and the English speaking parts of the world, and I do my best to introduce my readers to our sisters an brothers in Eastern Europe, you can find Steampunk all over the globe.
And this is why this cinematic gem exists:
Ahnectha is a Turkis short film directed by Can Eren, a student at Bilgi University, Istanbul. It is almost entirely silent and has a dreamlike, poetic quality to it. In fact, it reminded me quite strongly of the works of Sergei Paradschanow. Voiceless Room also features a remarkable and very effective visualisation of silence, broken silence and noise. Just see for yourselves.
So, without further ado, please enjoy this excellent Steampunk, I think rather Dieselpunk, judging from the technology present, short film:
