Steampunk and Steampunks in Southern Germany

This entry is targeted specifically at my readers who live or spend a lot of time in southern Germany or can easily get there. As it seems, the scene in southern Germany is taking on some shape now.
Today I met up with Ela, a reenacter who has discovered her interest in Steampunk and who also lives in a small town nearby. She also knows a few other people who have heard of and have shown an interest in Steampunk.
Now, if any other people from southern Germany are reading this blog, please get into contact with me. I am willing to organise a Get Together in Munich or (prferably) Augsburg and will also lend support to everyone willing to organise a meeting elsewhere in southern Germany, Switzerland or Austria. Just let me know!
I am an anthropologist and in this capacity a minor scholar of the Cthulhu Mythos and H.P. Lovecraft. I am also quite obviously heavily into Steampunk and Dieselpunk and like travelling.
