And now for something completely different: Austro-Hungarians in space.
I think this is a complete breath of fresh air. Since most steampunk art revolves around UK/US imagery, it is rare enough to find something Russian or German. Actually, most German stuff you find is labled “Prussian”, but never mind.
In any case, an Austro-Hungarian space battlecruiser, really neat. And the artist also provides a short history of it on his deviant art page.
