An image to follow up on yesterday’s men-bashing:
This is an even more drastic example than yesterday’s. Audrey Hepburn is not only an icon of 20th century cinema, as the Wikipedia states:
she was inducted in the International Best Dressed List Hall of Fame, and ranked, by the American Film Institute, as the third greatest female screen legend in the history of American cinema.
she was also a ballerina, a humanitarian, active with UNICEF, and affiliated with the Dutch Resistance in World War 2. Although not an active combatant, she participated in performances to raise funds for those who fought.
Whatever you may think, Ms. Hepburn was no doll!
I am an anthropologist and in this capacity a minor scholar of the Cthulhu Mythos and H.P. Lovecraft. I am also quite obviously heavily into Steampunk and Dieselpunk and like travelling.
